I'm Eric Rocha, founder and owner of CRE818, a Phoenix-area digital agency running content, social media, photography, and video for restaurants and local businesses.
Running an agency taught me that problems rarely look like what they are. A slow month usually isn't a marketing problem. A missed deadline usually isn't a people problem. It's a system nobody built.
So I build them. Team workflows, client operations, and AI-assisted systems that keep work moving when I'm not in the room.
